Goldie B. Wolfe Miller achieved unprecedented success in commercial real estate and is viewed as a role model for other women in the industry. One of her life goals is to increase the resources available to women to make further advances in the field of commercial real estate.
In 2007, Goldie B. Wolfe Miller created the Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative (“The Goldie Initiative”) as a way to educate, encourage, and support women to become leaders in Chicago’s commercial real estate industry. The mission of The Goldie Initiative is to prepare women for senior leadership roles in all sectors of commercial real estate. The Goldie Initiative does this by providing scholarship support for graduate study, senior level mentorship, important networking opportunities and real-time career development seminars from our seasoned stakeholders to women with high potential who are committed to becoming the leaders in the commercial real estate industry.
